Hi! How high do you feel like it wants to pull with this cylinderkit? My RS125 with Italkit 140cc wants to pull to about 11000rpm, after that the power falls of. I have the VHM cylinderhead (12,5:1 compression) and 0,9mm squish. But I will swap to Italkit´s cylinderhead instead. It has 13,4-14,0:1 in compression depending of how high you set the cylinder on the motor (how thick base gasket) I think I have my cylinder to low now, need to rise it up so the ports getting higher up = more revs.

Loved this, going around the outside of bigger bikes, sneaking inbetween them as well!! Something about these 2 strokes makes the video look like its a full on race

Nice bike. Was the start up from cold?... It sounded a bit 'boggy' when you rode off, just as you got to the powerband and the video ended? I always run my 2t up to temp before riding. Maybe could do with a tune, as it didnt seem like it wanted to sit at idle, when you stopped reving it, it stalled. Just my opinion but a £60 labour cost tune could save you an early top end rebuild. But regardless 2t for the win 🎉👍🏼

Do you just turn yours on and then let it sit for a bit? Just curious on how others do it

Yes, I always run mine up to warm. I tend to start up, do a lights check, and then try and sit on it so it's level, then put my lid and gloves on. Once it's showing some good temp on the gauge I go... But I'm never in a hurry, I only ride it for fun, so don't have to get to work or anything like that.

@@33beneI start with full choke, and adjust it (if RPM grows, less choke, if RPM sinks, more choke). Sometimes it stalls and needs some light revs to stay alive. In that case I ride off gently, and shift short. If it idles well, I let it warm until I dress up and leave the parking spot. I always wait the temps to get up to around 50 degrees before hitting the power band. If it's 60-70 or more, shift at redline :)

My guy spent more on a suit of demon-proof armor than he did on the bike 😂 I’m just kidding of course. I got to ride on the later version and it was really something special.
