You have to walk a little towards the beach bar and the beach will be accessible! There is a beach like on the resort but its filled with seaweed:/ but like I said towards the beach bar the seaweed is all gone so you can go in ! :)

What was the check in process did everyone staying have to show their ID while checking in

You have a confirmation number I believe so If I’m not mistaken you need to show that and yes ID and make sure you have a credit card

While you where at Wyndham alltra in playa del Carmen do you know where the designated smoking places where by the pool? We have been there twice back when it was panama jack s and loved it but was curious about the new smoking rules! Thank you for any input you can give

Yes exactly by the pool but like you gotta go towards the ocean away from the pool . You’ll see like a smoking post that you can throw your cigarettes in :)
