Pretty good install, but the window for the last number should be between 90 and 10 (check instructions), also usually if it's a brand new lock, it's set to L-50, right till open, should be noted in instructions. once the combination is set you should test it with the door open at least 3 + times, perfectly, and if any issues, start over from the beginning. (use new numbers at the CHANGE mark). Once it's closed, it better work. I purchased 3 of the same model, there pretty good. have a great day

Just buy the accumulator delete disk. It's $25-$35. Wont void your warranty like this. You still have to bleed wother way.

My problem with this unit is the Bluetooth. When I’m on a drive in using CarPlay, the maps with freeze and the music will start to skip and then everything disconnects. Then k have to go manually connect the device again. It used to only happen on long drives every once in a while. Now I noticed it’s starting to happen more frequently. Just the other day on a 3hr drive it disconnected about 10-15 times. I’ve even missed turn because the maps froze at the wrong time. Even when I go back to manually connect it again after it was disconnected, it won’t connect on the first attempt it’ll take a couple times for me to hit the “connect” button until it finally does. I’ve even had to reboot the system, while driving, because the Bluetooth didn’t want to reconnect. So I guess I’ll just use the CarPlay with the wired option. Kinda sucks when you spend this mush money on a HU.

Did you ever resolve this issue? I got the same code on my Jeep Wrangler 2010 so I bought a new Gas Cap ... nope not it. I brought it into the shop to see if they can diagnose it. They of course want to replace the two components that you've done videos on (the Leak Detection Pump and the Canister Purge Valve). I like how simple it is to replace these two pieces so I might do it myself BUT was wondering what the end of your story was (smoke machine). Thanks Gary

On my Geb 3 Tacoma the OEN head ubit dims when headlights are on. Does this unit do that or must you do it manually?

Maybe I missed it, did you get around to setting up a manual park brake solution? I'm thinking about trying to rig something up myself. I too have a flat lawn, but I do like the idea of a park brake.

The bass controller nob that comes with your alpine sub and amplifier combo the knob just turns the bass up on your sub no thank you dear how do you know I might do that too but I think they give you the Exter bass control knob that way you don’t have to go into your settings if you’re listening to a certain song that you have to add bass and there’s songs that you have to turn the bass down that’s what I was thinking when I seen it and I’ve seen other people have them also👍👍👍👍

I'd like a video of the new wire setup without the sensors. Just carry a wheel chock to throw under the tire when on a slope! Easy peasy.

How did you know the module was bad, and not a leak somewhere in the system?

Is there a delay when using Apple car play or Android Auto when selecting an option or a music track ? That's the biggest complaint that people are having

I don't know the issue with my electronic lock but I've had it! I had to get the handle in some very very; specific location "around" 6 O'clock, but if I'm off by some degree, the electronic "bolt" would not disengage. I've had at least 10 times I couldn't get it right and had to wait 20 minutes before a retry. This video is great so thank you so much for posting!!!! Ordering the dial lock today!

Question, I have an access cable Tacoma so I can’t really mount the sub iwhere you placed yours, do you know if the sub would fit underneath the passenger seat? Or is it too tall?

I got this unit when it first came out. I had a Alpine Halo before this and I wish I would of stick to the Alpine. This unit it’s overpriced and honestly not too capable. Music is very clear but not for the price.

5:19 I got rid of my Pioneer for this Sony and when in a call you could not do anything also. It must be an Android Auto thing.

I know what this feels like. My house didn't burn down but my sister stole most of my possessions, about 10k in things. Things that I can never be replace. You have flash backs of what you had and when you do something in life, it comes back to the possession you once own. It is devastating and I don't think you ever get over this. I hope they get some help. I never got help for this

You ran two/stereo line level wires to the sub? I thought the Sony head unit has a built-in mono subwoofer out? Getting closer to doing a similar install.

My maintenance reminder comes up every 5k miles in my 2014 Camry & I was wondering if it's the same for the 2016.

The lack of loudness can be solved quite easily. If it's not loud enough by itself, why don't you buy a Sony ES Amplifier to go with the Sony 9500ES head unit to give you that good volume increase & cleaner sound at much higher volume levels (4x 100Watts RMS). Thats what I plan to do. I always go with a good amp when I buy a head unit as the rms on a head unit alone is quite low so maxes out volume quickly at a lower level than having the 9500es hooked up to an amplifier under your seat. The 50+ watts this head unit advertises is not a proper rms rating. It is max levels only hence why your volume is lacking (probably as low as 18 to 20 true RMS). Go with an amp to make it louder without any distortion. Also, your speakers need to be efficient with a higher dB rating (preferably 90 dB or higher) for higher volume levels without stressing out the internal head unit's amps to pump out a louder volume level.
