Surely such a long code line cannot be entered via the builtin basic editor?
@progmusicflow5 күн бұрын
That's right, I make this together with CBM. If this were the 1980s I would probably have done it like I did the assembler programs back then. I'd write the code on paper, then the token and byte codes one by one and then poke or load it into memory directly :D. It was more convenient that way and I even created a tool in javascript for some parts of it :D

The rules of the competition allow 1 line to be listed. You can enter 2 lines in the editor, but if you enter the tokens in memory, you can have a maximum of 255 bytes for 1 basic program line. If you are interested we will make a video explaining it in more detail. Subscribe to the channel and you'll be notified when we upload it.

Even with abbreviations, it's way more than 80 chars. Not sure how this is considered a one-liner or how it even runs.

@laszloposzmik58296 күн бұрын

120 fordulat.....
@laszloposzmik58295 күн бұрын
Commodore soccer + Silicone Warrior + Chess. Szóval akkor 4 legális programom volt! 🤣🤣

I think it has a lot of potential to create many new amazing "demos". I would be happy to see many more participants in the next competition. When I was a kid I always thought the grey helicopter had a smiley face. Also learnt to never fly right at the top as your missiles can't hit the helicopters lurking slightly off screen at the top.
