Since i started doing this workout regularly(every day for about week and a half), my lower back stopped hurting as much, i can definetly see some improvement so far

I did lunges yesterday after training my hip flexors. HUGE DIFFERENCE.

If you have pain in hips or groin muscles, that means that this muscles are working to much, what you need to focus on is your weak glutes and hamstrings.

I've been doing KZbin workouts for years and this is the best back workout I've ever done! Easy exercises but they still feel really effective!! Thank you

Also for calves if you got the standing calve raise machine I highly recommend that! Thing has had me almost in tears before 😂

I’ve been doing this exercises for 2 weeks and really feel that my knee muscles became stronger, I’m so grateful for this video. And want to add, how precious to hear the phrase in the end: “You took care of your knee”. It makes me so proud and contented

Hi Jibby idk if comments on old videos pop up to you, but ive been following for a while now and your workout videos are the only ones i enjoy doing! I keep coming back, but i have a lil suggestion/request. Could you re-upload new versions of some of these where it’s just your voice and the beeps? That way i can switch up the music. The music you chose was awesome and really motivating by the way, i found myself Shazamming often. But yeah it would be cool to customize. Either way! I keep coming back haha so thanks for reading

ну че поехали 1 день - нормально, спина даже меньше стала болеть 2 день - тяжелее было делать, заметила что при некоторых упражнениях руки тоже напрягаются, это плюс конечно

I love the booty work my glutes are on fire with those fire hydrants and donkey kicks ! However I have trouble staying balanced with single leg bridges

I remember doing the first exercise and my right hip flexor felt like it gave out on me. 😅 ... not sure what that meant but my leg needed help walking after
