So just to confirm the factory 3 way worked fine with this set? I have these in a LP and pretty sure it worked. Ordering a short shaft set for my Explorer and wanted to ask you.

Yessir! The factory 3 way toggle works completely fine with the EMG bus, you just gotta make sure you know which wire is for what
