I looked for years. I settled at Bosques Del Mar. at playa Marsella. Suites my desires in a place to live. It’s like paradise . The new road will make a very quick trip to town and border. For the future, It’s comforting knowing that im leaving my daughter a valuable property that can be enjoyed by by our family for generations.

I own a lot 1000' from playa, Marsella. Bosques del mar development. It's calm water is great for kayaking. Keep my boat on the beach n front of the developments beach access lot. It has everything. Restroom, covered tables, barbecue pits. I can walk there in 5 min. It's the best I"ve seen. Been here in sjds since 2010. I can sail to San Juan in 20 min. My boats have electric motors sun roof and pontoons. Comes apart quickly and tows with a atv.

San Juan Del Sur is welcoming, scenic, and beautiful. I would recommend Indio Del Sur for a simple and delicious breakfast and iced coffee. Nicaragua, as a whole, is on its way up! I can't wait till my girlfriend and I move there in August!

Beautiful beaches - on the north end: Playa Majagual / Maderas (surfing) are super nice. South of SJDS - I have only been to Playa Coco which phenomenal as well. Super chill vibe and definitely not overdeveloped. Ice cold Tona's on the beach - doesn't get much better than that!
