Amazon support has marked my entire route delivered two times. I've had to hard drop twice. Once 90 stops. Once 25. I now memorize my routes so i don't need flex. Amazon will always fail you and you still have to deliver it all. I take care of myself because nobody else will.

I started with FedEx in 1986 and set to retire this March 1st 2025. As someone who helped build FedEx into what they are now, it isn't the same company from when I started. It's a shame when a company treats the people who made them who they are like an old dairy cow that no longer gives milk.

I'm in the same exact position man (Spartanburg SC Branch). Finished my class 2 months ago with 160. They have cancelled my exam twice. First time due to "staffing issues". Most recently after a 3 week wait, they cancelled my test for today because of a truck breaking down. Now they've pushed it back another 3 weeks. This is the worst CDL program in the country. I also enrolled for free through Amazon Career Choice, but it's been absolute hell. Really this has thrown me into a depressed state just because of how bad I wanted this and how hard I worked - now I'm over here in limbo wondering if it was all for nothing. The school is dirty too. I've seen them throw students out for complaining, they falsify hours, instructors sit around all day. This place is trash

mang let me tell you my story , when I was 23 I got a job at Fedex circa 2005 ,NY. sigh im old . I did it for almost 2 years , money was good for the time 16$ hr . I would make 130 stops on pick season I would get to station at 5:00 am and come back home at 7 or later (NO GPS THAST RIGHT REAL MAP !) , I was single ,live at home still , I saved lots of money LOTS ! . my manager was a really cool dude , he told me he was gonna leave cus he didn't get paid enough , gave me an advice " he told me Alex GO BACK TO SCHOOL , this driving gig aint forever and shit its gonna get expensive when you have family of your own " I felt he meant it . month later I quite and went back to school got into Finance , I was working odd jobs here an there for 4 years . BEST decision of my life ,my wife does the same so we both are providers , so much easier that way guys .Find yourself a good partner . keep grinding my boy just keep in mind what kind of life style you want to provide for your kids . you don't need to be Hustling forever . work smart not hard. any way I very fond of Driver when I see one because I was there once and its a hustle .
