Can it be made with 4x40ft containers instead of 4x20ft containers? Exactly the same design, same everything except for the size of the containers. That way the bedroom's, bathrooms, living room and kitchen can be bigger.

shipping containers derive their strength from their walls. Take 'em out and they're flimsy. It seems this is made of four containers side by side, two of which now look weak. Perhaps with bracing on top, it works. And then you have the very nice, but very expensive roofing. Where is the financial advantage to just using wood (or prefab concrete) when the design has so little to do with the containers you're using?
