great question! i only spend 6 months in each journal, so to maximize space I did 6 months in the future log, and I'll do the next 6 months in my second journal of the year

that shedding old skin quote kinsa hits different as I'm working on healing exema on my hands. I also absolutely adore the theme, the colors, everything! I think I'm gonna recreate this in honor of getting back to selfcare in 2025❤

Having to draw something on a separate piece of paper and then glue it on to your journal is so relatable, especially when your journal pages are so thin

ive always been kind of scared to start a bullet journal out of fear of somehow messing it up. Do you have any advice on getting over a perfectionist mentality when starting a journal? Your art was beautiful and i think i’ll try to start one this upcoming year :) happy holidays!!

bestie i’m the biggest perfectionist haha it for me is like a trial by fire method like i just have to wait for the mistakes to happen and then learn to let them be mistakes. there are lots of spreads in my bujo i simply don’t like that i’ve left or moved on from, and i’ve learned small techniques for fixing little mistakes like white gel pen, but overall just letting the imperfections breathe has helped my perfectionism. it’ll never go away completely so im just trying my best, and i encourage you to do the same 🥰

I also did a snake cover page (although not as artistic as yours 😂) but I also looked at the Chinese new year for inspiration and when I saw it was the snake I knew it was a sign. I had many dreams about snakes in the past months and feel like I'm in a stage of transformation for the better.

I've got a basic journal earlier this year but I wasn't really sure what to do with it (it was a gridded one), so when I decided to start a bullet journal recently I was a little lost, so this video helped me a lot. I'm not particularly artsy but I love layout making and take a class in visual design, so I feel like this would be a great opportunity to practise both time-management and design! I hope next year I'd be able to improve my productivity, thank you for the amazing video Sophie :3

Hello! I'm a new viewer who found you looking for journal ideas 😅 I'm 13 and I think a bullet journal would help me, I am a little scared because I basically have a breakdown when my art looks bad 😭 so HOPEFULLY these ideas and helpful tips will be my stepping stones. I love the idea of themes for every month and being able to completely change my style and experiment!! Also it's almost January so I could have an entire 2025 bujo!!
