Maybe I just know a bad crop of South Dakotans. However, I do remember reading a few years back that in a study of web searches, South Dakota had the highest percentage of racial slurs in their searches. But, I can't site the source, just a vague memory. Another thing to consider is that the South Dakota legislature required in 2016 all Voters to have an address with a Street Number and Name. The Sioux Reservation doesn't have Street Addresses. THey blocked a huge percentage of Sioux people from voting. Clearly an example of racist laws implemented by white South Dakotan governance. This law would even make Mississippi blush. Plus, just look at their governor if you need an example of a dog murdering racist.
