Yeah......... ummmm....... you do not know what you are talking about. NO ONE has had any problems doing ANY of her workouts. Also, people back them WERE HEALTHIER AND NOT AS STAGNANT AS THEY ARE NOW. By the way, her workout videos STILL to this day help people to lose weight and keep the weight off!

Yes, she sped it up for no reason I can discern. Also, there's nothing wrong with what Jane is doing. Been doing this workout myself since I was 13. I'm 54 now. No issues or injuries.

Hello, as a Taekwondo athlete we kick alot to the head. So we do lots of side split stretches, but wad wondering how long is too long?

Hi Cydu! Generally anything longer than 10 seconds or so is too long. In Rev6 classes we always incorporate bouncing or rebound movements to avoid stretching out the fascia.

Hi studies show 15 seconds or more lengthens the fascia. But we generally would not recommend anything more than 5 seconds.

I’d actually love to hear an elaboration on the strong word choice of “preposterous” rather than dubious or something more open to scientific discovery. While direct evidence is lacking, fascia’s role as a continuous force-transmitting network at the macroscopic level may extend to the cellular and nuclear scale through mechanotransduction and tensegrity principles. Mechanical forces transmitted via the cytoskeleton to the nucleus could influence its structure, chromatin organization, and gene expression, suggesting fascia-like dynamics at microscopic levels. Thoughts?

Jane Fonda was 45 when she made this video in 1982. She looked amazing then and looks amazing now. I’ve worked out to this exact video 100 times and never had any issues. Relax Doc.

Lol, are you serious? Maybe do more exercise and less sitting there criticising very old videos. Yes, there were issues but they're easily modified and this is still a fun, effective workout. I'm 54 years old and can do this with minor common sense tweaking.
