Hello Toll, it’s lovely to hear from you and thank you for stopping by. I only use basic tinned coconut. The cheapest I can find 😂 I used ready mixed powder. Watch out in you local Asian supermarket, I am sure you will get hold with it. Haha I love gardening a lot. Thank you. I hope you had a lovely summer and enjoy the UK 😊

Try canning the tomatoes (remember to remove skins first), they will last a very long time. Dehydrating(oven or dehydrator) is a good long term option as well, can be frozen after

It’s been ages I didn’t see your comment sorry. I hope that this is not too late for the future attempt. Can you tell me it was wet when you were mixing the sticky rice in the pan with sugar and coconut milk or was it after you have steamed the banana wrapped with the sticky rice, please? I hope I can help you more with this but let me know. I made this very often it can be that I might not find that it’s tricky. I look forward to hearing from you ☺️

I am glad that this is such a great exchange in terms of food culture. What food do you normally use in India ?
@shanmugambala18832 жыл бұрын
@@modskitchen9771 India is a vast country. It is a collection of a huge number of cultures. There is no such thing as a single Indian food, but many different cuisines. I am Tamil, from the deep South. Rice is the staple food grain. It is the basis for everything, breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks, etc. But, now people also use ideas and influences from other cuisines, from all over the world.

A perfect recipe! I want to make this. I have entrecote/sirlion at home, that is maybe ok to? But I have a question about your method. If the sun is full, I think it is rude to leave the beef in him. Then he may explode and that would not be good for any of us. And how will you get there? Have you built your own space ship? I think it is easier to leave the beef in the full sun light. Or what do you say about that idea?

Now I am here also harassing you! It looks good :) I bought a Nam Jim Jeaw in a bottle in a thai supermarket here in Stockholm, Sweden. It was close to the ones I have had in Isaan, but not as good as it should be. Something was wrong, I didnt know what. I added some roasted rice powder and coriander, it got a little better, but still not perfect. I will try to do it myself instead. A tip regarding the meat, you see how much juices you lose from the meat when you cut it directly taking it of the heat!? It is better letting it rest in some aluminium foil or between to plates for a few minutes. Then the meat stays juicier, but you do as you like :)

For American homes: Thai Chicken Wings with just 5 Ingredients! This recipe you can marinade the wings up to 8 wings. This recipe is not just my fav menu but it’s my husband’s favorite as well. It’s very simple and easy to cook. I am confident to say that you can’t go wrong with it. I hope that this video can motivate you to cook simple but delicious Thai dish at home. I am glad that I am eventually uploaded my first video on KZbin too. Tips: If you don’t want it this dark color you can reduce dark soy sauce. You don’t need to repeat coating the wings twice like I did. I did it because I love thicker sauce on the wings as it is just perfect when I have it with sticky rice. I just didn’t want to waste the goodie. Ingredients: • 1 tsp of dark soy sauce • 1.5 tbsp of palm sugar but if you don’t have it use a full tbsp of brown sugar instead. • 1.5 tbsp of light soy sauce • 2.5 tbsp of oyster sauce • 5 to 8 chicken wings Directions: 1. Combine all sauces in one big bowl, big enough to hold the chicken 2. Coat all the chicken and refrigerate for 40 minutes or as long as overnight 3. Bake in over, at 435 F, for 10-15 minutes. (First Bake) 4. Remove, turn chicken over and coat again with sauce. 5. Return to oven and bake at 350 F, for another 10-15 minutes (Second Bake) 6. Remove, turn chicken over and coat again with sauce. 7. Return to oven with heat off, for three (3) minutes. (Final Bake) 8. Remove from oven and serve.

Is your rice pre cooked before adding into the pan?
@ThaiLemongrass20203 жыл бұрын
No, it’s not. I don’t soak the sticky rice either as it is going to be too wet when I steam it. I recommend washing it well before adding it in the pan with coconut milk 🥰
