That was so helpful. I’m having a tough time with all the energy from the moon etc. my adhd was really noticeable at the beginning of this exercise. At the end I’m calm, focused, my hands are tingling, my sign I made it into my healing chamber. I love the 4-7-8 breathing. I have COVID lung damage and when I did this the first time I couldn’t do it. Now I notice I had no problem. I’m not sure where center is still fighting the Lyme actively, in the moment can be unpleasant but this time we made it through. Thank you so much Jamie🙏💚

Delicious, delightful culmination ❤ The stuckness around suppressing expressions was the most acute. I saw red felt hot my throat closed. Lots of discomfort and grief STILL around unworthiness and capabilities 😢. I felt afraid of losing Life Force. Thank you Jamie! Learning to discern and clarify energies 😅I’m amazed. I don't have Instagram, but I can say without any doubts that the same happens here on KZbin as well. I always know when I have shifted, or are in a different time-line etc because my KZbin algorithm will change. I will see Taro readings or information my guides want me to see from people, I've never seen before & sometimes there's so much, I'll get anxiety around the information. In other words I've learned that if something new pops up as soon as I open my app more times than not it was information I needed, info I would be confused about. But I believe a lot of that anxiety over all these new videos that will pop up for me is because I've had such bad experiences with the amount of emails I receive. Emails saying " I'm screwing up", emails saying it's urgent to pay someone so much money to know what this angel said. Just So many random emails about my stress or just what's going on in my life in a way as if they were living with me. It was so often more negative than ever positive that it's caused me to be a lil scared of the process now because of these things. I've been working on opening my 3rd eye for 9 months now. It's been a long healing journey for sure.

Heal, I am a healer. But I’ve had Lyme 38 yrs, I’ll be 69. I’m healing myself now but I don’t know where to go next. I might have been successful this time but I left the world to heal and don’t know my way back in to heal others now.
