I grew up in the neighborhood right next to this (Huntington Estates), can confirm the paths here are awesome. I've easily ran/biked hundreds of miles over them during the summer months.

We are crowded enough! Too many homes being built here which increases traffic and noise! It use to be quiet here but now greedy people are eating up every square inch of this once beautiful land.
