Some people do use them by either "thumping" against your finger or by using the cap to "flick". Just be careful with any because you don't want to damage the tips of the markers.

Demos were able to purchase it during the pre-order. Depending on how many leftovers they have after the joining promotion, I wouldn't be surprised if they let demos purchase any that are remaining. Keep a look out at the updates in March & April.

Yes, glue gun would be helpful and much faster (although I tend to burn my fingers when I use a glue gun)
