Please prof. Im interested in studying in KSA specifically MSc in clinical psychology

hilo dear professor. i have 63% in BSc and MSc 73% and MPhil 3.6GPA. USA Universities are asking for WES evaluation for bachelor degree mean for my BSc and MSc. According to my score would you suggest me that i should go for WES or not or i should choose other country. I am choosing USA because their application process is very easy.

If a student did fsc in pre medical with good results...and didn't study maths in fsc and want to study mathematical sciences with financial aid/scholarship in US..for that purpose can a student take a gap year and take SAT exam,score good in IELTS/TOEFL,some good extracurriculars...now whats uncertain is that whether the gap year and pre medical background will play a role in acceptance or rejection?....Guidance needed...what should be done...what should be avoided?
