I just about wore out the 45 record of this song. But as much as I adored this song, I loved "That's Where I Went Wrong" even more. She had such a beautiful voice.

I adored her from the first time I saw her, Susan Pesklevits on television singing this song at age 16. kzbin.info/www/bejne/h4vYp36bq8uYo8U You can read all about the life of Susan Jacks but to meet her in person was a treat because she was a lovely lady.

Shawn, I can imagine what a great honor it would be for you to share the stage with Susan. You are an excellent drummer, thank you for uploading this video since I can't get a Poppy Family concert online. I hope it exists to acquire it. Greetings from Venezuela.

Holly Artzen was a music teacher of sorts for me when I went to Durrance Elementary school in Victoria in the 90’s. She was amazing. I still remember so many of her songs, I sing this one to my baby now. Awesome memories from a talented lady!

Next April 25th will mark two years since your sensitive departure. Susan, impossible to forget your warm and beautiful voice, your great talent that you shared with your followers since late of 60's. Rest in Peace beautiful queen, your musical legacy remains in all of us who grew up with you.

My uncle Dave is the lead singer. This band is the reason i love country music.
@johnowens7778 ай бұрын
That's awesome! I've been trying to contact the band for years. I started my radio career in country radio in high school. In those days, the late 1980's, record companies would send 45's to us to preview and play. I still have the 45 of this song and we actually played it (it was an AM station in Central Florida). All these years later, I still love listening to this song. Tell your Uncle, from an "old" radio guy - (I'm now running radio stations) - I have always appreciated this song.
