After the first drive, it’s clear the bZ4X is a winner. Toyota’s electric SUV offers power, efficiency, and an amazing driving experience. Can’t wait to see more on this model.

Thats exec car money 2 Suzuki swifts and they will do 400 miles on a tank. To be fair by the time its drpreciated in 2 yesrs it might be a bit of a used bargain as the ev market moves so quickly there will be better new .models around then, whats tge efficiency like?
@buckleup_Mk22 күн бұрын
It’s actually extremely reasonably priced if you look at how much new cars cost these days
@anthonybrown48742 күн бұрын
@buckleup_Mk2 I know how much EV manufacturers hope to charge for their products I just think we should be at price parity by now and for a car of this class it's mid to late 20s.
@buckleup_Mk22 күн бұрын
It is late 20s if you get the lesser battery models
@anthonybrown4874Күн бұрын
@buckleup_Mk2 Aye well for £15.5k I can get a very adequate swift that will do a 400mike journey at 60 mpg £10k buys a lot of petrol.
@buckleup_Mk217 сағат бұрын
A new Swift starts from £19,199 and is a full size class below. The MG4 is in the class above and more on par with a Golf which starts at £27,760. That’s price parity.

Ive not suffered from this, for me LKA is not great but not dangerous either. But you’re comment is fair as it has been widely reported as a significant problem for many. I think it depends on the version of control unit/software that your car is running with (not to be confused with the infotainment software). Later cars like mine do seem to be a lot better.
@nbbluemoon18 күн бұрын
The later software updates installed at the our 1st service made it much better. That said they also made it much easier to turn off, which is what I do

I like this car with one exception it doesn't have full one pedal driving. Get that sorted MG and you would have my custom. Certainly at less than £26k brand new its an absolute steal.
@InBodWeTrust11 күн бұрын
Yes it does ... the original build didn't, but everything built from mid-2023 onwards includes OPD. (I agree that it defaults OPD to off so you have to turn it on every drive if you want it). Disclosure - I have an early MG4 SE SR, one of the batch that came with rear privacy glass, and mine doesn't have OPD. Later ones do.

@User-cb4jm13 күн бұрын
Depreciation is because they’ve overpriced it for the UK market, and now used examples have gone down to £15-16k, its true value. But what if I told you that in Australia, the same car (Excite 51/SE Std Range) cost as low as AUD$30,990 driveway (£15.5k) brand new with a 10 year warranty, standard reverse camera from factory. There’s barely any used examples selling much lower than this.
