Hi Liz! We apologize for missing your message! When you are underwater, you will need to use the “zoom” feature in our ProShotCase camera app! "Zoom" will be one of your camera settings in the ProShotCase app - if it is not automatically a camera setting on the bottom of your app’s home screen, please go to your app's Settings and choose "Select Camera Modes”, then turn “Zoom” ON. To use the zoom feature first make sure it is selected as your camera mode, then click the volume + button. This will let you zoom for 2x up to 4x. Once you are happy with the zoom amount you then need to switch back to photo or video (by clicking the volume - button) and the zoom amount selected will remain. You can then take a photo or video (click volume +) in the zoom amount you already selected! You can visit the link below for more App tips: www.proshotcase.com/app-tips
