People that comment negatively on this don’t realize that they are of the Elect ! If you have faith it is because you are elect!!! Not because you chose. But by God’s Grace your heart was regenerated to respond to God’s calling you. It just goes back to who you are crediting your faith to. Your ability to have faith? Or God who caused your Faith. “For by grace you have been saved through faith. “even when we were dead in our trespasses, made us alive together with Christ-by grace you have been saved-” Ephesians 2:5 ESV ( He made us alive) And this is not your own doing; it is the gift of God, not a result of works, so that no one may boast.” Ephesians 2:8-9 ESV (Not a result of anything we can do)

I know you haven’t posted for 2 years or a couple months I’m not 100% accurate. But, I’m not new to fishing and I am new to chasing flathead, been trying all summer, live baits and such and log jams and holes, however I’m from by Ames and there is jack ceap for flatheads around here. Thinking of going down to the middle river and raccoon, is it loaded with flatties like I’ve heard? I don’t care if it’s a 3 lb flathead or a 53 lb flathead I just want to catch one. Any tips for those two rivers or secret holes you could help me out? I’m only 16 trying to get one, thanks ! Edit: looks like a damn good time on the old sandbar
@talleygo5 ай бұрын
Listen close. This is how i found every single Flathead I have caught in a river. Again, river. Walk the river when it is low, real low. Any deep water that has structure in it(chest high or deeper), especially log jams will hold most fish in the area. Walk further and find another deep spot with structure, that hole holds most fish in it's area. And so on. You never know which one holds which fish. But I believe the flathead and other fish go from hole to hole, especially at night. Fish around the holes at night/over night. Fish inside the holes on the daytime, and move at least every hour from hole to hole. Always use good bait. Any live or dead bait. Dead must be fresh, real fresh. Any size bait will do. Yes any size. Big baits get hard to handle so I use 4 to 10 inch baits normally. Just keep trying, you will get one, then it's on from there, you will catch many. Just have to put in the work.

I see you've been following our Fire Hardened White Wood Bow video that we released a few years ago. I think you could have cooked the belly a little more to give it a more toasted brown color, but that's o.k. Looks like a good shooting bow, and I'm sure you noticed an improvement in performance even with a light cooking. You can always cook it again later on if you want.
@talleygo6 ай бұрын
