Thank you! There was a live ant blocking the sensor, I only noticed it after removing the LDS and shining a light on it.

Dont use this guide - its missing critical disassemble steps. Also to replace battery and the top head sensor: No need to open the main body. Hope my comment will help. ❤ Video creator - No offense.

Viomi Alpha UV(S9) remove all the main screws, on back of the robot vacuum, and then lift the lid from the front to access the battery. Thank you.

These cleaners have a design flow at the air outlet. The outlet on the right rear has a filter and is not accessible for cleaning. It gets clogged over time. Put your hand there while vacuuming. If you don't feel the airflow, it means it's clogged.

Mine lasts about 70min ! Sometimes suddenly power off in the middle of cleaning!! I think this is not normal !! Maybe i must create a new battery pack !!

Same problem with viomi. Spares are not available for A9 either. It's landfill rubbish as soon as something breaks.

I just had a chat with the support. You can not purchase the battery from anywhere. It is only a workshop item for the official repair. You have to contact them and try your luck...

Hello brother. I saw u expert in viomi v2 product. Can u help me? I have question for u. I have problem with my viomi v2 product. My viomi often error when it start. Sometime this things not run well. Its keeps go around and around until the battrey drain out. Some how it goes normal and keep error some time. Its so anoying. Thx

Clean the sensors and reset the device to factory settings by holding down the home button until you hear the device resetting and you can delete the map and let the device name a new map and don't forget to check for updates
