I keep coming back to look at this lovely piece of art. I noticed you painted the centre of the feathers with yellow but then painted over top with blue . When you turned it over, the yellow appeared to still be yellow. Does the blue not blend into green?

I found you on Xiaohongshu, but I can't find other artists doing this kind of painting on the app. What do you call this kind of painting in Chinese. Hi Mandy, I am trying to choose my scarf size. Do you make the same size scarves? I was looking at habotai 8mm. I have some samples from dharma trading and the hems weren't very good. What do you suggest?

Can you use gutta on silk that is ironed on freezer paper? I heard another artist say you can't use gutta on freezer paper silk.

Your silk painting designs are really beautiful. I find both you and your KZbin videos very inspirational. As someone new to silk painting, you provide the best, most informative videos on how to get started. I go to a weekly art club and have offered to do some free of charge silk painting workshops with the group.
