Type null and the poipole SR was also very tedious 🤕

Having a copy of the other version definitely helps with completing the Dex, but it's still quite the task to take on regardless! Especially with the DLC, it takes forever! And thank you, I'm glad you enjoyed it! 😁

I haven't tried any gen 6 methods yet, but I wanna give each gen a shot at least once! But, yeah, Masuda was definitely hell, probably not gonna give it another try anytime soon 😂

I like methods like dexnav, horde hunting, and soft resetting bc they're tedious but I can do other things while doing it. Masuda I have to keep checking for new eggs, have to hold down the d pad to bike around, and it's really slow. I don't love radar hunting but it's really rewarding when you finally get a shiny (Also if you wanted to do this Eevee hunt on ORAS with nav it would be so fast bc the odds at 999 encounters are 1/170 with charm and smth like 1/400 no charm)

@cookingguy8157 I'm sure being able to multitask is real nice! I'll definitely have to look into those Gen 6 methods and give em a shot at some point! I'm not sure about doing this hunt again, but it could be interesting!

@@isyaboiskinny btw if you do research on dexnav for oras the most popular videos tell you to chain or the odds will reset, but it came out a bit later that the only thing that matters is the search level. So you can run away or scare a pokemon and your odds don't chain. Makes it so much more enjoyable.

Yeahhh you aren't the first one to point that out 😅 I did it in Sword because that's where I did the Eevee Only Run, and because SV didn't come out till after I had decided to do this hunt! I'd say the pain was well worth it though 😂
