Who came first Don or Oasis?
@snzero Жыл бұрын
Oasis came first as far as success goes but there is no info I can find about Don so hard to say which band started first

I don't think Johnny Marr ever wore an outdoor coat on television. Probably saved it for when he was outdoors. I never understood the ludicrousness of pop stars wearing a kagool or some adaptation of one. Like they were still children told to wrap up warm by their parents only in this case before they go on stage. Johnny was too smart for that.

I have been looking for this band and this song for years. Virtually no info on the web though. Does anyone know anything more about them or where I can here more of their stuff?
@snzero8 жыл бұрын
I have no idea what happened to them. I found this CD single in my collection and remembered them from MTV but Google doesn't remember them at all. I believe they only had this one single. No trace of any album release. I could upload the b-side if you are interested?
@davidwootten90888 жыл бұрын
+snzero that would be awesome. Crazy isn't it that there could be no information on them in this day and age? Thanks for uploading this

ELECTRONIC = bernard sumner and johnny marr neil tennant = colaborated with vocals and songwriting on three tracks (disappointed, getting away with it and the patience of a saint) but was NEVER a member of the band. chris lowe = wrote and played keys on the track “the patience of a saint” from the first electronic album. NOT a member of the band either.

I was at the recording of this. When you got tickets you never knew who was going to be on. I'm a big New Order and The Smiths fan and couldn't believe I was so close to .Bernard and Johnny. They walked off the front of the stage and I said hello to Marr and he gave me a hug. So pleased to see this again.

The atmosphere always seemed quite charged and hyper. I would even say too edgy at times. Not a fan of Evans. .
