Hi, thank you :) You can create nice ambient sounds with any synthesizer. You just have to use some effects, for example a nice long reverb. But if you're looking for those special bladerunner sounds, I haven't found a better synth than the Crave.

​​​​@@theAUXOUT Hi thank you for your precious comment. Indeed, I haven't bought a synth yet I saw time ago that the synth crave was on a discount price now is around 200 I think. I was thinking to start my journey with this one which is similar to moog32 or Beringher Model D. It can be good this one to start messing around with sounds like you said Blade Runner, Vangelis style? I also saw in the video that you use two😅 Crave synths do you suggest also this type of configuration than the other synths? I know that, this last question is pretty generic because it depends on everyone needs. Thanks again waiting for your response.

@@manueldeangelis161 With one synth you just make a sequence. With two you can create a track ;) I would pic two over one "better". But this is my personal workflow / taste.

@@theAUXOUT Ok that is cool so in the end for a fast comparison do you still suggest the Crave synth than the Model D based on your user experience? Considering the factors as cost of single a synth beetween this two and like you said in one of the previous message, the fact that the Crave it's a good one for soundscape like Blade Runner etc, what is your final suggestion?

@@manueldeangelis161 I think the Model D / Minimoog shines most on fat bass and funky leads. The Crave is good for simple punchy bass, plucky leads and nice sweeps. So it depends on what music do you want to make.

Have a mother 32 and buying a crave for that more agressive sound. The moog is smother, but I'm loving the crave just as much. (Why not both?) Hehe Edited for update- (Ended up buying a Crave)

Hi, the Craves have a lot of power. I add some lowend with the eq and some juno-style chorus for some extra power. But the source is the crave, and its fat :) Thanks for the question.
