I love how not only the Vampire Survivors' Castlevania DLC made a BANGER of a remixed soundtrack that it deserves but also this very OG DS theme available as an option!!!!!!!! Now excuse me while I go CHARLOTTE! JONATHAN!

Years ago when I was playing World of Warcraft, Wrath of the Lich king, I played this track when I was doing the second of three dungeons: The Pit of Saron. It's essentially a prison in a way.

“Hamunaptra: City of the Dead, ancient burial site for the sons of pharaohs, and resting place for the wealth of Egypt. - For his love, Imhotep dared the gods’ anger, by going deep into the city, where he took the black Book of the Dead from it’s holy resting place.” The Mummy (1999) <-> which is ironic, because here, Dracula is to be at full power and resurrection, and the Demon Castle War happens via Julius Belmont to be the next heir to the Vampire Killer.

"A Nation of Fools", definitely an jab towards Nazi Germany. This stage is a circus held in a ruined European city (High possibility it's Berlin, architecture wise).

My least favorite track that overstayed its welcome by being on too many areas. There’s something grating about it. The whole area didn’t excite me too much and it felt barren in many spots. The Persephones also didn’t seem to put up as much of a fight as they did in Dawn of Sorrow.
