Honestly, no actual real performance reason. Our first printer was the X1C and we just like it being all consistent and the same model and have enjoyed the X1C so we stuck to continuously buying them for the print farm.

They stick very well so sometimes they need to be bent quite hard but I love these build plates!

Quick tip - if you use the filament boxes, unfold them and flip them inside out so all the Bambu branding is on the inside giving the outside a clean look.

As soon as you post the Lego you’ll get a notice from Etsy regarding infringement. I had several posted and received a notice saying that my listings were deactivated. Not worth the hassle.

Love to see y’all process and progress. For that line issue I’d say check the line height where the supports meet the model and just check the support settings overall. I use some tips that @unclejessy has on his KZbin channel. The one time I had that issue was printing a helmet straight from Bambu MakerWorld … I reset all of the setting to default and it worked perfectly. You could cut the model before and after where it messes up and test different settings so as to not have to wait for the full print to finish. Good luck.

Bro... you are paying a premium for microfiber yarn. Just know that is just a single twisted strand of microfiber yarn. Might save a few bucks with this knowledge.

Is the X1C worth it?

So we only exclusively use the X1C. In comparison, P1S are solid if still looking for fully enclosed. I honestly just like the extra high-end features like the full touch screen, nicer indoor camera, being able to print more abrasive materials if I wanted to (not that we currently do) but it’s for sure not features that we need, more that we just appreciate and enjoy!
