I agree with tom on the national points championship for silver roof it should be from 1st to last meeting what other sport does not reward the person with the most points over a season we all know why they changed that because frankie won it so many times but back in the day we also had the daily mirror GP that kept people interested after the WF thats what we need again but done as a shoot out maybe

We have a winner of the Tom Harris print draw! The correct answer was B: 2013 and the prize goes to Chloe from Norfolk. Well done, Chloe!

Excellent show. I never realised Andy got a flat RF just before he put Frank in, in the ‘99 WF. Although Andy didn’t win, it was the best outcome.🙃

Great podcast…Tom and Ryan are doing great things…for them selves….but not for STOCK car racing. Sprint cars are none contact.F1 and F2 on shale is changing, it’s sideways very early into the corner so you can’t hit in the traditional way….great for Tom who doesn’t like being Hit!😊 but it now stock car RACING..

Have to disagree on that a very good friend of mine has his car run by Ryan and has helped him no end up with car set up and advice not to mention other customer cars that he’s built any knowledge that he has he will gladly help others

@@Motorsportschris completely agree…it’s the driving style that’s changing the sport the on track action has changed.

love to see interviews with john, I like the way he nearly always pauses before answering a question, he wont just blurt out the first thing to mind, its well thought out before it arrives in a voice. Wishing him another great season of stockcar racing. brill.

Excellent pod cast, thank you. I've been a fan of stockcars since 1969. I have never been a follower of drivers who win everthing. Having said that I have so much respect for Sir John Lund for what he has achieved and hope he keeps enjoying his racing and entertaining us fans.

Have to agree re the start of the season, it never really gets going until post Easter. Would’ve preferred to see the shootout finale at a different venue to Bradford as it was staged there this season. Keep the WF format as it is. Happy to see Aldershot on the fixture list being local to me in London. Hoping they ramp up this meeting, big prize money, incentives etc. Losing Wimbledon was a huge loss in the south, both to BriSCA & Spedeworth.
