After you hooked up your high side hose to bleed valve you want to open test cock #1. not test cock #2. This comment is for students preparing for a test. Hopefully you caught that before reading this. Good luck on your test!!!

Ive never seen a clear tube like that 😅, mine you have to screw on and unscrew Everytime, is that just a homemade tube and does it ever end up leaking on you ?

This resembles what the USC books shows the best and I have seen similar ones at other classes, but yes in the field you see more of the swivel connection style ones they function better

I asked my proctor about that water column and they confirmed that it would be OK to use in the test.

@@thebigjoe yeah the LA County book sort of says it has to be 3/4” thick minimum but yeah from what I’ve heard they accept whatever you have as long as it works, up to the discretion of the proctor
