I absolutely loved this video. I am a life long Tina Turner fan. She was my gateway to rock and roll. Before she made her solo album rock was seen largely as "white." Then she came in and shattered the glass ceiling entirely, and showed us that the genre had entirely african american roots. Rest in peace diva!

C'est bizarre, mais je trouve que la meilleure période artistique et musicale de Tina Turner est celle du tout début des années 1980/85. Juste avant la sortie de l'album Private Dancer. Mais bien sûr, sa carrière a été exceptionnelle. Même quand elle reprenait les chansons des autres comme Bob Seger que j'aime beaucoup. J'ai eu la chance de pouvoir voir Tina deux fois en concert à Lyon en France. J'ai gardé les billets d'entrée comme des reliques.
