1. You don't look OK, you look really troubled. 2. Nightmares are a symptom of mental distress, stop running from your problems and face them, it's hard, it may hurt but it will not only take away your nightmares but will make your life better overall, and may even help a bit with depression. 3. Lucid dreams aren't dreams you in which U can do in them what you want, these are the normal dreams. A lucid dream is when you choose what you dream about. And lucid dreaming can help you with nightmares.... but it won't help with the cause. 4. Don't fixate on your nightmares, you can't learn from them, concentrate on the things that hurt you and you avoid thinking of them.. There's a root of your nightmares. 5. Don't force yourself to grow your channel. YT is an entertainment platform, to be really successful on YT you need to become an entertainer and that means selling yourself and reshaping your dreams in way that will be palatable to a wide audience...and that means you need to make them either simpler or wider. Concentrate on yourself for now, and if you don't want to leave YT behind, don't just keep your actual audience entertained until YOU get on your feets. Cheers!

It’s feels like I actually committed a crime hard to differentiate its a real life painful experience like I’m not a bad guy. Any hatred filled thoughts I can literally act on and I’m aware I’m dreaming at the the weirdest moments. When it get to much I get up and pray instantly
