The entire region food is very repetitive. Bean soups, meat and chips... some fish. It might be quality and fresh but it is so bland after living here for a long time.

I attempted this today. Unfortunately for me, it didn't work out, probably due to multiple factors. For reference, I'm in the USA. First, since it wasn't specified, I used all-purpose flour. Secondly, I didn't have fresh yeast, so I used 10g of Saf-Instant Gold yeast, the amount listed in the recipe. Thirdly, I used 2% milk. That's it. My impression as I was adding the milk to the dough was that this is too much liquid. Once I finished baking, I looked up other recipes, and their milk percentage was 40% to 60%. It is more than 80% in this recipe. The other thing is the amount of butter is too little in this recipe, so the dough is not rich like what I have tasted. I wish the size of the loaf pans and the oven temperature were specified as both affect the shape and texture of the cozonac.

Update for 2024: The bus price is 3 Lei / Ron (less than 1 Eur) for 1 ticket of a 90 minutes pass. The ticket booth is no longer there, but the automatic machines still do exist. It is possible to pay inside the bus as well with a credit card. The original bus line 783 from the airport to the city center was changed to number 100, and runs 24/7. It takes around 40 ~ 60 minutes to get by bus to the city center. The Carrefour at the ground floor is opened 24/7, they usually speak English and is only accessible from the terminal entrance (prior to check-in).
