If I had the money, I wonder if, as seeing the military is having trouble hunting these subs down, if they would be interested in hiring free-lancers to help them. Also, I can see the danger in these subs, less the drugs, and more who it can carry. With China being more aggressive, theses subs could carry many military or militants into any nation, how many are being used for weapons smuggling, bombs, human trafficking? Probably needs to be a separate submersible focused branch.
