It depends. If its fresh, straight from the pack, I don't. If it's leftover piece, then I always knead. 😊

How did you remove the bow bowl out of the bowl you used as a mold?

Air dry clay shrinks when drying so its always better to put it inside the mold. If you put it on the outside part of the bowl, you can always use the cling film first. 😉

You can use as many as you want. It depends on what effect you want to achieve. Start glueing them together and check from time to time if it's enough 😉

I think the better glue to use with clay is white glue or wood glue.
