Hi, thx for your awesome video. Did you have to ask for any authorization prior to your footage? I was told there was a special US form to fill in. Is that true? If so, where did you get it from?

Sorry for the late reply. Most of this was actually in Palm Desert, which is like the more suburban part of Palm Springs, although you can see downtown Palm Springs in the distance.
