Hi Squidinc, I really enjoy your vids. I'd like to make a tiny request. I'm a Black Head local. Black Head has a unique bommie offshore. A lot of us have always wanted to know if it's reef, rock, slab or just sand. I've carefully watched all your BH videos but it's not included. Would be greatly appreciated if you could make a video on it. Many debates have been had about its formation at the bowlo and surf club. You could close a chapter my friend

@@Squidinc2 I'll try and find coordinates. It breaks during a big swell. It's about 500 metres offshore and around the middle of the bay. It sits outside the bay. On a big swell it creates a large wave that you can't miss.

@@westyboi1845 No worries. I don’t usually fly out there as there is little of interest to film or photograph that far offshore. I usually fly around Razorback Rock. Happy to have a look for you though. Is it only visible at low tide?

@@Squidinc2 Yeah low tide would probably be your best bet with some clear water. The thing is we don't know what's out there. Could be a beautiful reef or a big slab of rock. Something's definitely out there but it's been a mystery cause no one has a boat or drone. Anywho no pressure buddy. We all really enjoy your content and my sons even use your videos to find new waves. Keep up the good work👍

Why does it look brown in the video but black when seen in Forster?

It depends on which direction the drone is facing when capturing the vessel. It will look black when the drone is facing the sun and grey or brown from the opposite. Additionally this was shot just after sunrise so that has an impact as well.

Yes. Well noted. It’s a very narrow & steep climb down through the trees and undergrowth to get onto the beach. Worth it though, as I usually have it to myself 👍🏻

I’d say it’s a great place to live in the southern highlands. Mainly new homes with a nice feel to the place.
