Hi Carmen, We love go to Inka Wasi. My kids love Lomo Saltado, Salchipapas and Chicken Chaufa also the green sauce, I love the papa rellena, salsa criolla, garlic rice, chicken y el aguadito, we are customers from so many years ago, when Gerardo and Eric worked there, my kids and my friends kids were so young and growing up eating at your restaurant, now they are in college and still love going to eat there when they come to RPV ❤ We have so many memories. Inka Wasi is one of our favorite restaurants. Thanks to you and your husband for always be super nice persons :)

Imagine actually living in this house. If you’re upstairs and want a snack, you gotta hit the stairs. That would get tiring after a while, constantly having to take stairs to go anywhere in your house. You’re right on a busy walkway, so having people laughing and shouting outside will be a daily occurrence, even well into the night. Random people gawking at your home and looking right inside will happen every single day. For the money, I’d look at something a bit more private and quiet.

It’s beautiful but I wouldn’t want to be that close to my neighbors that I can literally touch their home from my property. Also being on that street must be noisy at all hours with people strolling past. Still, it’s a great view, and the interior is lovely.

Beautiful beautiful home. The designer did a great job in designing & modernizing this house with style & elegance & utilized space. The colors used and all the different amenities absolutely brilliant job.. but said nothing of a garage or the back entrance of home, that would have been even better.

You might want to think of rebooting this yesteryearsTV Show!!. During 1950s-1970s, Los Angeles TV station, every Saturday and Sunday morning at 8 a.m.-10 am. would, broadcast model home tours ( Orange County-Los Angeles) for the weekend buyers. It lasted for a couple of decades. Either Chan 4, 5 or 7.....Afterwards buyers watching this, were able to go out into the homes in order to view/ purchase, remember this from my childhood yrs.
