No pasa nada con ese pueblito lleno de burocratas mediocres que solo saben fomentar el alcoholismo y las danzas como en todas las ciudades de Bolivia ya fueron, Juliaca tiene mejor potencial aunque falta mucha infraestructura publica, como parques, mercados, avenidas, es mas ya sobrepaso los 500 mil habitantes de lejos y puno no llega ni a los 200 mil, si Juliaca mejora la infraestructura publica estara al nivel de Cusco y Huancayo.

en mi México lindo y querido en todas la ciudades tienen avenidas bien trazadas mejor proyección urbana Sostenibilidad tecnología .ciudades verdes .pero en todas las ciudades peruana están muy feas escasa infraestructura urbana todo gris sin árboles desertico

Het gaat blijkbaar snel: morgennacht wordt de tunnel op zijn plek geschoven, is vrijdagmiddag klaar, laagje zand erover en je ziet er niks meer van.
