I love dairy and registered dairy was my life from 1977-1990. Holsteins are such a unique breed and it was a challenge to get that first EX cow., and match that cow with the right bull to create state winners for my kids when they were showing.

You have the best cows. I grew up with Holsteins.

A hard life 24/7. Country life Good. Dairy farming not so much. Been there done that. No money from milking cows, ie vet bills, electric, taxes, crops, machinery etc .
