Run the FIX PACK from elegoo download center. (Update firmware section). It solve this issue!

Hi i had and fixed it Just update the to latest firmware "fix" folder and after u inserting pendrive the firmware gets loaded then again go to settings and about click arrow button and update again then it fixes the issue

@psillypsymun @mcmurph8 @SirDuck5100 Just wanted to give you guys some Info since I have been dealing with this issue with support I went back and forth with support via email for about a week (We only exchange one email per day due to the time difference) Long story short none of their repair attempts or software fixed the issue and they are shipping me a new mmc to fix the issue.

Exactly the same issue. Very frustrating. Brand new N4P. Got the message 2 hours after first use. After all the searching, it doesn't seem to have a definitive solution. Waiting on Elegoo support.

What about the touch screen? Did you have to open up the touch pad?
