I have used Kieths Auto of Redding, Ca. many times over the years, To the point I even advertised them on my Classic Car Club website. Yesterday was my very first time not being properly served. I am an 85 year old Veteran Disabled with a 75 year old wife with Alzneimer's. And AAA sent thier service man out to help me start my 2005 Toyota Prius and the young man said he has started many of these cars. But I had to tell him where the Battery was located and I just bought the car. It stopped running even before I recieved my Misspelled Name on the Registration Pink Slip. I have tried and tried even having my V. A. helper try and all we get is a Machine. The same with Toyota in Redding. I owened a Service Compant as well as a Truck Stop and Towing Service with a Bulk Propane Gas Company as well as a COOP Station and I have never in 85 years experience the experiences I have in Redding, Ca. I just tried calling Kieth's again and listened to their machine and then was cut off. That is the type of Service you recieve with nearly every Company you call or have to talk to another Country Operator you can't understand. What in the Hell is happening in America? Kieth's used to have the best tow service anywhere you went. But where has it went?

The city of Redding and county of Shasta get paid by a certain amount to have the homeless as well as sex offenders dropped off here when being released from prison.. that's why if not from here, end up here..the city welcomed the homeless and sex offenders just to get the money.. and now the problem we are facing right now with the homeless population is a result of that.. way to go 😊😊
