And you can also clone as many items as you want, put as many items on pokemon in the box, save it, put those items in the bag and then use the save glitch. Items will then be in your bag and still on the pokemon

You can clone a bunch of items at the same time too. When I was a kid I would have all of the pokemon in the box hold the items. Follow the same steps as the video, withdrawing every items in the boxes and do the reset

Oh. My. God. I did this THOUSANDS of times when I was 8-9 years old. My boxes full of Rayquaza, Mewtwo, Zapdos. Swampert, Sceptile, Salamence, Metagross. The nostalgia just crashed into me like I didn't think possible. This was one of the only things that made me happy in my life, even at that age. Man, the nostalgia is unbelievable. Long live Pokemon Emerald. Edit: I just realized this glitch is the reason I got good at Pokemon so young, omg. Most kids would have a fire Pokemon with 4 fire moves on it, but I had duped so many of the same Pokemon (because cool/strong Pokemon go brrr) I'd have rows and rows of the same Pokemon. But there's no point in having 12 Mewtwo's with the same moves (ability, item, EV's, etc.) so I'd experiment, seeing which moves I could get on which Pokemon, which would catch on during normal gameplay too. Wow. All that and much, much more; all from a little green cartridge.

Found a Pokémon emerald cartridge on a boat one morning on my way to school😂 felt so lucky that day lol. Also I found a game boy advance in the bus going from school back home a year prior 😂 (mom made me return it back to the bus driver to the person who lost it😢)

Your mom is a good person. I feel bad for the kid who lost their Emerald game, but I guess there was no easy way to find the one who lost it, really sad. I lost my Sapphire when I was a kid and cried a lot, because the Pokemon I had on this game were special to me (especially my starter Aqua), I'm still sad about losing Aqua ^^" He was a good boy. I bought myself a new Sapphire game, but I still miss my old Pokemon, it was my first own Pokemon game and the only mons I have left from it are a few that I once traded with my brother. So at least something left from my oldest safefile ^^"

Fun fact you can do this with items too 1)get a PC box full of Pokemon 2)give a Pokemon in the box an item 3)repeat the glitch as seen but withdraw the item There will be the item in your inventory and in your PC and if you have a full box after a few cycles you can clone 36 items at a time

I used to do this glitch all the time back in the day when i was younger but then one time i accidently did it wrong and it deleted my swampert from the whole game and there was no way to get it back. Thats it, poof it was gone, completely erased from existence :'( i cryed so much but then fast forward years later with the alpha sapphire remake and i guess u could say in a way, i finally got my swampert back after all. :)

Its now 2022 and I recently bought a gameboy advance sp and pokemon emerald , just so I can do this duplication trick and bring my clones to my pokemon gen 4, 5 ,6 , and the way up to pokemon shield 🛡 😎👍
