I very recently discovered your books (started with Death of a Duchess) and am on my fourth book of yours. I listen via Audible/Libby - and I cannot stop listening. It's not easy to find an author that checks off every single box of everything you love about reading but I've found that with you.

This is crazy. Pretty much the only reason I watch youtube is to listen to audiobooks . I am handicapped, I live on a fixed income and I can’t afford to buy audiobooks. These books free have been an important part of my life. Since I discovered them I start my day, every day by listening to these audiobooks for 5 to 6 hours every morning, sometimes longer. They are an important part of my day. I listen to them over and over and over because they bring me such joy . The state and local libraries in small state like where I live just don’t have the budget to carry many of these books , so this is my only source .

I love the books and having a real human reading them helps a lot . Audiobooks are great for me to as I am dyslexic

Makes no sense to me, I’m so sorry for what they are putting you through. I wonder what they even mean by repetitive content? Maybe they mean category of content (audiobooks) and not the actual story? Only they know I guess…..

Your arguing with bots that are making comparisons of each of your "labels" its not the content repeating its the book covers and its difficult to distinguish each part of the series its not your actual content itself its your identification that is repetitive. And genuinely I can help you but the reason your arguments are falling on deaf ears is the review is not from humans KZbin is run by AI and the humans only review if you happen to be able to get in touch with one and it appears your corresponding with the computers. This can be fixed.

The repitition is about how you identify your content and the repetition is to do with identification of the content for copyright purposes and the reason they won't review is they have stated its the book covers and I can explain that to you and good you took it down because they can claim ownership I am glad I listened to this again They want it left up so they can claim your content because they extended your copyright protection thank god you took it down. I will advise and represent you free of charge I can represent in matters like this as its not above my certification level and I love your stories so I would do anything to support your work.

Yah there are so many other channels that repeat from other channels or repeat their own work, or use AI narrative which gives me headaches 😢😢, keep fighting kiddo 😊😊, the strong will triumph ❤❤❤❤

Thank you for letting us know directly about this. I have been listening to the Shelving Magic series (Book 1 thru Book 4, anticipating Book 5) on repeat, listening for clues I might have missed that could foreshadow the details of Reed's kidnapping. I enjoy the mental gymnastics of problem-solving and these books have given me quite a workout. Personally, I have been growing increasingly irritated by KZbin's lack of adherence to their own policies for quite a while. For example, they say I can stop seeing misleading ads on my recommendations page by clicking Block. I have done so repeatedly, to specific products that are all of the type that include such bombastic B.S. as "___________ (fill in the blank with the organization, profession, etc that you hope to make your potential customers hate) does NOT want you to know about this, but there is one foolproof hack that will" ... do everything from cure Type 2 Diabetes to earn you thousands of dollars, if only you will click on the included link and watch the video provided. Despite all my "blocking," the ads continue to appear. Granted, I have also tried to block advertising that is of no interest or use to me. Speaking as a 68-year-old widower, I have absolutely no use for bras, of any shape, size, or color, and would prefer to not see them advertised on my suggested viewing page. KZbin ignores that type of "block," as well. KZbin also does not police the posting of videos that purport to be "Official" (as if they are provided by the companies/actors/artists who are creating the products) but are actually "fan-made" by using clips pirated from sources that have nothing whatsoever to do with the advertised content and/or using clips that are NOT from the advertised content, but DO show artists/actors who appear in the advertised content, in order to lend credence and create click-bait. If such false and misleading advertising is being encouraged by not being removed, while good, entertaining content is being removed without consulting the people who view it, I don't see how anything that is posted here can be trusted. Something else I take issue with is the posting of fake music videos that show artists' names and official logos in the titles BUT (without mentioning it in the title) use AI-generated images of the artists "performing" songs that they NEVER recorded. Using artists' images and/or logos without the permission of the companies who represent them or of the artists themselves is false advertising. I truly care about the artists I support and I worry that some dishonest and/or ill-tempered person might post videos that could misrepresent them in some way that would be potentially injurious to their reputations. I have stopped clicking on postings that appear to show new releases from artists I follow, until I've done Internet research to verify their validity. This could possibly drive fans (and revenue) away from popular artists (and the companies who represent them), because they can't depend on the accuracy of what they see posted. I don't believe the powers-that-be in the KZbin hierarchy understand how ad revenue is truly generated. It isn't an "ever-flowing font, freely offered by someone who is always successful," it is dependent on the money customers spend with companies who provide truthful advertising for useful products. If companies lie to their customers, their businesses will suffer; people aren't stupid, especially where money is concerned. If people see the things they have an interest in "being taken off the shelves," they will find somewhere else to shop. I worked in retail sales and service jobs from the time I turned 14 years old until I retired, and the one thing I learned with absolute certainty is that the customer ISN'T always right, but it doesn't pay to piss 'em off. Good luck in your future endeavors! I wish I could think of some way to show KZbin the error of their ways (and if you have any ideas, I'm all ears), but I think they have gone deaf to the sound of anything but the clinking of coins. I've met a lot of nice people via KZbin, made a lot of friends-I-have-never-met, irritated a few people, found some good entertainment, and learned many new things. The only leverage I have against KZbin's lack of interest in the people who are the real source of their income is my presence here... or the lack of it, I should say. But they won't care if one cranky old man decides to stop spending hours every day, seven days a week, watching videos via their platform. In fact, I'm sure they won't even notice, so I'd be hurting myself more than causing them any discomfort. Still... I lived without KZbin for the bulk of my life and I'd make my doctors happy if I did more sleeping and less staring at a screen. It may be time to take a video-less vacation... or search for a different Internet home.

This is ridiculous! They post all kinds of bullpoop and disgusting content videos all the time! Audiobooks narrated by real people, posted by the legal owner being harassed like this is absolutely disgusting! Come on KZbin get your ducks in a row! Smarten up!

I'm sad for you and me, what they are doing is crappy.

I sent in a complaint to KZbin because this is an epidemic on KZbin and I think this may be a way to get rid of all of the audiobook channels which would be horrible for people who need these services and how discriminatory this is.

This is so SAD :( I was looking forward to listening to the rest of your work. I love your narrators. This was an excellent resource for low-income and seniors :( to listen. I wonder if they will start doing this to other audiobook channels :(. I guess I'll have to wait a bit to finish Shadow Lord :(

The benefits I see are that I enjoy the books. They are mistaking duplication with telling the story from another character's viewpoint. I think they're being unfair, and you are wise to explore other options.

Well this just sucks, as a in home parental caretaker listening to your books with a human narrator have not only helped me get through some tough nights with a terminally ill father (who has since passed) but it helped greatly with my mental health and still does. It's a wonderful way to reduce stress, help you sleep, listen to while you're working around or in the house and I also play them for 2 of the foster cats we are caring for that have severe anxiety issues (Cate Kensie and the Duchess of Blackmoore series work great with one that survived a tornado and had been terrified of thunderstorms when we adopted her. I am sorry this has happened to another author here on YT that has made so made so many people happy, laugh and just have a chance to take a break from real life in a safe way. How is this not enriching? It was authors like you that I found on YT with free audio books that helped my father sleep when even heavy meds couldn't keep the pain away. YT is pushing creators to use their AI narrator tech to much and I won't listen to any books that use it because they sound terrible. Keep Fighting this and know that you have had such a positive impact on people like me with your audio books. I know you did for me, those books kept me sane, made me laugh, made me think, and kept me going when some days (on 2 hours of sleep) I could barely function. Thank you for creating this channel and I hope YT sees some common sense on this. I do not use FB or other social media because I simply don't have time so I will try to see if my limited resources can stretch for buying in reg. book form.( I did save your official book site in my bookmarks) Good Luck!
