We have a H1500 that will be released later this year some time.

Hi Leandro, your first point of contact will usually be your installer but let me give you a few suggestions: 1: Walk out to your inverter (if safe) and either tap the button under the screen or check the LED tube to see what it says (www.solaredge.com/leds to see what the lights mean) 2: Make sure both the toggle switch and large round black switch are on. 3: It sounds silly, but check for snow. You'd be surprised how many calls we get during the winter. While you're out there, take a picture of the label on right side of the upper cabinet (your serial number is on the bottom). If you're still not able to get a resolution, get in touch with support and get a case rolling. Ask them to reach out to Chris W and I'll follow up from this side to get you a path forward.

As far as moving modules, it's a tap and hold and then move. For fine tuning I typically will work in Designer (designer.solaredge.com) Designer has much more control over module placement. Use the same sign in you do for mapper, all the sites you've uploaded and created will be there.
