I have 2 t95q android boxes and had issues uninstalling apps so i factory reset it and now my airel screensaver using screensaver manager by tech doctor uk will not work. Do you know a fix? Thanks for all you do for us streamers

I just now got a android password request on boot. I never set up a password and the usual 0000 1234 etc don't work. I've also tried the toothpick reset method and it don't work. I stick the toothpick in and press the button and then add power. The power button stays red and does not do anything. If I turn on and get the blue light then press and hold factory reset it still does nothing. Any ideas would be appreciated!

I recently acquired my first non-Samsung TV in a while, and I’m determined to stick with it. I acknowledge that DV and even HDR10+ may not offer as much of a visual difference compared to standard HDR10, but that doesn’t bother me. It appears that most content already includes DV metadata, which is a significant factor for me. It seems like Samsung has lost the metadata battle, so I plan to replace all my Samsung TVs throughout the year.

Hi, I am having frame drop issues on my zidoo z9x. I tried playing the same file via usb and there is no drop. I have a nas. I don't have any issues on my shield pro with the same network setup(cable, switch box etc.) What could be the problem?

If you can't install Netflix 4K then honestly, its shameful, embarrassing and useless for a $399 CAD box and I refuse to pay an exorbitant price for a streaming box that's not running a certified Google TV OS that is tailored and made for TV. Additionally, Buzz is known for not keeping up on future updates. This box is running ASOP version, (smartphone OS), and in doing so they pay zero fees for this operating system because they do not include Google Services, its insane that they use Aptoide as their app store. Aptoide is a marketplace for pirated play store apps apps full of malware and we're expected to use an unofficial apps so say goodbye to any 4K apps and getting access to Android TV PlayStore..it's simply not worth the money. I use an Onn 4K Pro, $49.88 USD and it does everything I need it to do.

Nobody has done a game loading comparison for internal VS Expansion Card… I remember Flight Simulator 2020 had like 3 minute loading times to actually get to flying, is it any faster on the expansion card?

I love this device and the player that it comes with. I removed the apps from the favorite but it took away for the home and apps screen. I’m trying to get it back and not getting the option to add into favorite. I’m able to see the apps in all apps. I thought I was removing from favorites. Also, I bought 6 of these devices and extended the storage to USB using remote ADB shell, so all my installs are installing automatically on my USB drive. I need to know when I back up my data from MyTVOnline3, where does it store it. The app is on the internal storage not USB. I want to be able to restore on my other 5 devices? Thanks
