“Why does it look like a spider” 👀 Strings is crazy. They need to do it again! You know what? An amazing advantage Bini have is that other than ppop being basically a new genre, they can help set the standard, and in ppop there is no standard of “idol dancing.” Which is to say they’re not restricted by fixed camera angles that they need to hit from things like music shows and such. The dance scene in the Philippines is as vast as the singing one and ppop idols are heavily influenced by “real dancers” and “real dance choreography.” (And that’s only in quotes because “idol dancing” is a fairly distinguishable subsection of dancing.) All that yapping to say, the reason why Bini’s layers and formations stand out so much is because they don’t have to conform to usual idol-like standards such as singers only in the center and formations that cater to the music show camera. They just be dancing and making it look good like regular competitive dancers would. 😊
