That price is crazy, realistically it should be $275k. Especially because Port Saint Lucie has the HIGHEST Property TAXES in the STATE. Good luck with the sale.

$493k!! 🙄 Wow.. and NO door pulls on the cabinets, NO ceiling fans in the bedrooms, small cheap refrigerator, NO wash basin in laundry room or shelf, NO rain gutters/downspouts, No shelf in master shower (shampoo/conditioner/soap go on the floor?)..Was that a crack in the concrete floor in the garage? Your builder must’ve fell and hit his head because that price is ridiculous.
