Wonderful. My HO shelf layout is switchable (DCC/DC) as well I may make my N scale dual purpose as well. Yours is a lot more intracate than mine. Thanks for sharing.

what brand roadbed and track do you use. i'm thinking of a n scale dc 3 line layout (since i have my trains from years ago). i want to keep it simple. probably won't have turnouts.

Atlas code 80 flex track. For more realism use code 55. Midwest cork. It is what my local hobby store has. JR Junction Train and Hobby. This channel has a smaller N scale layout. 3' x 6'. You can look at it too. Has switches on that one too. No switches will give the same effect and still look good and be easier to build.
