@@markdungey8008 They fitted straight on. No modifications needed. Dropped the car off at 8.30 am and was ready to pick up at 11.am If they tell you it can’t be done they are full of shit.

@@riykvanaswegen145 It’s the Yakima Lock n lock system on the original roof rails. Unfortunately the wind noise was unbearable. After a lot of enquires I was able to fit a Rhino rack 6 series platform. Will make a sort video on it shortly.

Great setup! I’m keen to know if my existing Dometic 75 L DZ would also fit. What is the max height in the wild rak back there? Looks like my Dometic is 12 mm higher than your Dune.

Finally a simple but usefull set up 👍 I would suggest only one change and is about the compressor. There is a company selling a undertub bracket for those compressor and it fits behind the panel on the left... Not that you need one but in case you look for more usability of your topdrow that might be the go. Well done

I got rid of the roller shutter and replaced it with a ute master hard lid. Best thing .

Was it difficult to install the two carry bars above the roller shutter? I'm interested in getting the flexible racking system to carry a kayak, but there will be situations where I'll want to use carry bars as well (similar to the way you have), but it looks as though I'd have to take the carry bars off to slide the rack rearwards when I need it.

@@joshualeeman2855 Very easy to install , took about 10 minutes. You are able to slide the nuts into the tracks and from there , there’s 2 bolts for each leg to secure it.

@@bigwill2711 suspension setup includes Bilstein position-sensitive dampers which have a monotube design and a nitrogen-charged external reservoir. This set up comes standard from the factory with the Wildtrak X. It sits approximately 30mm higher than the standard Wildtrak. Rims are factory running 285/70/17. No rubbing on anything on full lock.

Very nice mods, what cargo rack is that up top? I've been trying to find one for my X as well, but seems that no one knows about the flexible rack system that came with the x and platinum edition. So they all just say it's not compatible.

I had the same trouble trying to find one and got the same story. The rack is a Yakima lock n load platform with the kit that locks into the rail system. Hope this helps
